Arms Control Orientation Course

     Arms Control Orientation Course was conducted between 09-13 February 2009 at PfP Training Center / Ankara. The aim of the course is to provide an overview of Arms Control Agreements    (CFE, VD-99, and OS), implementation procedures and general orientation on arms control developments.

     Totally 31 participants from 6 NATO (Belgium 1, Greece 1, Italy 1, Poland 2, Turkey 7, UK 2),      10 Partnership for Peace (Belarus 2, Bosnia Herzegovina 1, Croatia 1, Georgia 2, Kazakhstan 1, Kyrgyzstan 2, Macedonia 1 , Moldova 2, Turkmenistan 1,  Ukraine 1), 1 Mediterranean Dialogue (Egypt 1) and 1 UN Member (Bangladesh 2) countries attended the course.

        The instructor team consisted of 6 instructors from NATO (1), Germany (1) and Turkish General Staff (4).
