Arms Control Orientation Course

            Arms Control Orientation Course was conducted between 08-12 February 2010 at PfP Training Center / Ankara. The aim of the course is to provide an overview of Arms Control Agreements, Vienna Documents-99, Open Skies Treaty, implementation procedures and a general orientation on the recent developments of arms control.

            Totally 25 participants from NATO (Albania, France, Italy, Turkey), Partnership for Peace (Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia Herzegovina, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Moldova, Serbia, Sweden) MD (Jordan), UN (Bangladesh) countries attended the course.

            The instructor team consisted of 7 instructors from Austria Arms Control Verification Center, NATO Arms Control Coordination Section, Turkish Armed Forces.
