Border Security Control Course
ACT 297.2 Border Security Control Course was conducted between 06-10 December 2010 at PfP Training Center / Ankara. The aim of the course is to make participants familiar with practical information to deal with all illegal activities concerning border issues.
Totally 89 participants from 23 different NATO, PfP, MD, and ICI countries (Albania, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bosnia Herzegovinia, Egypt, Georgia, Iraq, Italy, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Montenegro, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, U.A.E. and U.S.A.) attended the course.
The list of the attendees is at Italy, Turkey, USA), Partnership for Peace (Azerbaýjan, Belarus, Bosnia Herzegovina, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Montenegro ), MD (Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Tunusia), ICI (Qatar, United Arab Emirates )and Other (UN) (Bangladesh, Iraq, Mongolia, Pakistan, Syria, Saudi Arabia) countries attended the course.
According to the agreements in the framework of NTM-I, 49 Participants from Iraq attended the course. Because of translation necessity Iraqis conducted the coruse in another classroom, but hte same course program was implemented to them.
The instructor team consisted of 10 instructors from National/International NGOs, Turkish Armed Forces .
