71 Generals/Admirals and Ambassadors from NATO countries, 15 Generals/Admirals and Ambassadors from PfP countries, 3 Generals from Mediterranean Dialogue countries, 3 Generals from Istanbul Cooperation Initiative countries and 17 Generals/Admirals from other UN Member Countries, totally, 109 Generals/Admirals and Ambassadors from 54 countries attended the Seminar.
