Staff Officers Logistics Orientation Course

 

Staff Officers Logistics Orientation Course was conducted between 10-21 January 2011 at PfP Training Center / Ankara. The aim of the course is to explain the implications of NATO’s new concept/strategy and to familiarize with NATO logistics bodies and their main functions. Additionally; the course aims to make the attendees familiar with Continuous Acquisition Life Cycle Support (CALS) and logistics command and control.

 

Totally 22 participants from NATO (Turkey), Partnership for Peace (Kırgızistan, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Macedonia and Moldovia), MD (Egypt), ICI (U.A.E.) and Other UN Member (Bangladesh, Pakistan) countries attended the course.

 

The instructor team consisted of 11 instructors from Army HQ, Air Force HQ, NATO Rapid Deployable Corps (Turkey) (NRDC-T), NAMSA, NATO School and Ufuk University.
