The aim of the course is to orientate participants to multinational air operation / exercise missions /
duties with the provided knowledge on advanced air terminology, procedures and operational expressions.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES

AIM
The aim of this course is to provide military, civilian legal advisors, commanding and
staff officers in national or NATO billets an understanding of legal aspects of Armed
Conflicts and to empower their ability and skills to implement their nation’s commitment
to adhere to international legal instruments that control the use of force and
treatment of persons in the context of all types of military operations including
those that involve international cooperation.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
☆ Define LOAC applications, source and legal aspects of the use of Armed Forces.
☆ Apply the integration of the LOAC concepts and principals, into military operations in generic exercises.
☆ Apply LOAC rules and regulations in Peace Support Operations (PSO) and recognize fundamental
